OP could had won easily.. The buyer did not get directly get the package. A third party his Uncle or girl gave him the package. Op did his job, I would blame it one the uncle or girlfriend

Call apple t get a weight confirmqtion, and call carrier. Call ebay and tell them your getting scammed and if there is any way you can prove you really sent a mac, becauseyou understqnd its hard to prove. Even if, ask for a return and ask for what he will return and pictures. If it works for him, you last try would be telling ebay he didnt send anything back. Also, do you have serial number? If so, call apple and they can track if he used the mac or so, maybe hes dumb

Also OP paypal cannot and will not withdraw from your bank atlast not in USA

No Paypal don't and cannot go into your bank accounts to satisfy the neg balance unless you try to buy something with that paypal account like using your credit card or bank attached

Nothing is 100% sure But yes, they cannot go in to your account without your permission. They will just give you a negative balance but if your bank account is removed then I'm 99% sure they will not go into your account.

Years ago I had a -600$ bal on paypal and they took it from my bank account, but it didn't work, so it went to collections, oh and they tend to limit accounts when its negative, meaning you can't remove your bank acc. and stuff.

I closed my bank account now and made a new one
not sure what happens next.

It doesn't matter if you closed your bank account. If you're 18 or older they will link your PayPal account to your Social Security Number and will send the debt collection agency after you. If you don't pay them back your credit score will be fucked.
