so like ppl see me normal not flying or under? where do my bullets come from? cuz you just said it was only cam but ur player is there so i was wondering....if other ppl see me in the air or underground its auto bannn

yea, its as if ur above ground u wont get banned, you might if some1 is frapsing and u just randomly kill them from underground. it looks like your still above ground, and you cant go through objects (eg. boxes)

So Basicly its server sided to the people to use it? I look like im in normal shooting them but my cam is somewhere else?

picture this..theres a truck infront of my character on that new map....snipers on the other side....if i use the higher cam one....i kill them..do they see me flying in the air? kill cam is off

Known as cam position. And btw, ppl see u from where u were originally standing, not where ur view is from.
