Deactivating all primary Ps4's on your console?

Hello everyone.
I have no idea in what section i gotta post it here.
Maybe a few people know
My PS4 got banned
Today i called the ps hotline again
and they told me that my console isnt banned.
A account I had activated as primary PS4 was banned.
Problem is:
I can't deactivate the banned account because you need to login to SEN and if you're banned it won't let you login
And the account that is banned is an american account so fucking germany hotline doesn't wanna help me.
Means:
Until the american account is gone from my PS4 i won't be able to play

But no seriously speaking, i believe once you activate a deactivated one you need to wait 6 months before you can deactivate the account again. (you can do it online through the Playstation website)

Log-into the account on the playstation website and see how long's left before you can deactivate it again. Once you do that re-log into your own account and activate it as the primary account.
