Cabin Fever: Wierd Zombie Death

Well I was playing the new fireteam mode and I decided to take of the textures and when I killed a zombie a rainbow apeared.well not a rainbow but u know how when u get shot red appears around the screen well that's wat happened to the zombies. I'll post pic tomorrow cause I can't play anymore

it happened to me to its because either A: you removed the textures

Or B: Your Graphics card is messed up

that would off been awesome. I think you removed a texture when you should of not moved it lol. did you take a screen shot of it because it would of looked cool.
