[How-To-Get] NECROTIC SWORD OF DOOM [NSoD] - All-in-All Comprehensive Guide (with bots!)

Hi!

This will be The Thread for the Necrotic Sword of Doom.

What is this NsoD and why so many people fail getting it?
NsoD is a powerful item which gives you 51% more damage against human monsters.
Some examples: Blood Titan, Commander Yulgar, Adventus, Firestorm Major, Firestorm Knight, J6, Pirate Gunner, Pirate Plunderer, Ultra Tyndarius.

Why do peole fail? This is very easy: They are NOT up to the challenge AND they do not know how-to.

In this topic I will try and explain you step-by-step how-to get this powerful item and how-to make the process smooth and easy using hand-made Start&Forget Bots.

 

Le Bot/Carbon/any other platform which uses .dmbot-files
Brain
Patience
sometimes "Sence of Humour"

 

These three are necessary for quest-accomplishment/farming:
Rank 10 Evil – Use Evil RepBot in Le Bot to get this
Rank 10 Doomwood - Use Doomwood RepBot in Le Bot to get this
Rank 10 Necromancer AC or Merge

Part One: Getting Necromancer.
When you already have Necromancer-Class, please jump to the Part Two!

Here you have two choices. Getting Necro through AC-Shop or getting it through the Merge-Shop. I will explain you how-to get this class through the Merge-Shop.

Quests

 

/join doomwood
All of the Quests are in the Doomwood Area to the left side of Arryd's location

 

/join maul
Only one Quest here: Zorbak's Hideout. Just go to the right side of the Chopping Maul and find Zorbak's Hut with masked Zorbak with the name Zomboda

 

/join maul
This guy is at the last quest's end's location: Masked Zorbak aka Zomboda.
All of his quests are in the "/join maul" area.

 

/join necrotower
All quests are (who could forsee this, mm?^^) in the same area of the Necrotower.
Last quest "Need for Speed (Reading)!" is IN the Tower and is a bit tricky. Here just click on the book which is on further more on the right side and after this you will read every other book very fast. When you fail and click the wrong book, relog (yes, RElog!) and try again.

 

When you finished all of the quests in the Spoilers below – wow! Good freaking work! You get a Medal for your patience. Something near 2 hours of your work are put in! BUT! It is not the time for relaxation. Now comes the "funniest" (haha) part. The Elevator of Patience as i call it. The hardest part is the last 10th level. For this Part i've made an ugly graphic for you! Awesome PowerPoint Skill ffs... x]

Shop

 

/join lightguard
Go to the left until you see two NPCs and three Statues in the background. Well, now click on the !-Bubble over the Female NPCs head. Then on the RepShop-Button and buy NUE Necronomicon. This is what you needed Rank 10 Doomwood for

 

/join maul
Go up and then into she actual shop "GraveStop" which is the referrence to the GameStop, but hey wtf why game STOP. Should be actually be Game Start, amirite? Well, whatever, noone cares anyways -.-"...
After you are there, kill Creature Creation. Use the Start&Forget Bot CreatureShard i made!

 

/join necrotower
When you finished the MiniGame(You did it, right?) - just click on the "Exit"-Button in the upper right corner and the on the "Return to Tower"-Button in the middle of the screen. Next – Buy this Class! Do it! Well done

Part Two: Getting The NSoD...... Well, not really. First we prepare!

Step One (When you are already done with Necropolis' Artix' Quests, jump to Step Two, please.)
First of all we need to accomplish Artix-Quest-Line (only to the certain Quest and NOT the whole QuestLine) in the Necropolis in order to get to the Quest (Mine Crafting) which allows us to get certain items (Barium) for our NSoD.

Artix-Quests-Line

 

/join necropolis
To accept the Quest from Artix the Holy Paladin of the QuestGiving. He has some really nice and interesting Story behind these.. But whatever. Read when you want – they put some work in it. For this first quest you /join doomwood and look into the Challenge Shop from Arryd. When you see Challenge Shop and its grey, then use BoneGrinderMedal-Bot to get to the Shop!
Here you buy BonegrinderMedal and Blinding Light of Destiny Handle and finish the quest at /join necropolis

 

/join necropolis
Remember the Bondegrinder Medal we bought in the last quest? Niceee. Warm feeling, mm? No? Whatever. Just turn-in the quest and move on!

 

/join necropolis
What we need here is to get Undead Essence. Just use Start&Forget UndeadEssence Bot.

 

/join necropolis
This quest. Well. You already gathered some BoneDust, didn't you? No? Don't worry, use BoneDust Bot. Then Turn-in and Move on!

 

Here we are. Now to gather the items we've got from the two quests before. You got them, right? Well, no problem. Just use Start&Forget SpiritOrbs Bot and come again after you've got 100 SpiritOrbs!
Next You just start LoyalFollower Bot and move on to the next quest.

 

This one here is a Daily. For us it means: Do it once a day until you have all the needed items(3 x Barium). This is a lottery, but hey! We already have a Start&Forget Bot for it. Use Start&Forget MineCrafting Bot for this.

Step Two When you are already done with Yara's Quests in /battleunderA and /battleunderB, jump to Part Three, please.)
Second we have to prepare an Area where we will be able to quickly (yes, QUICKly!) gather 800 one-of-a-kind Items (of course with a bot ). This Area is going to be BattleUnder C.

/join battleundera
Here go to the left and you can see The Shmexy-Hexy-long-Hair Paladin Yara. (+1 for Belly!).
Solve this Quest by killing Monsters in this screen or go up or to the left.

 

/join battleundera
Same Yara and same Monsters will gain you the Quest-Accomplishment.

 

/join battleundera
I find it troublesome to explain you how-to get to that monster -_-.. Just use TunnelOfTerror Bot for this

 

/join battleundera
Same as the first Quest. Same Area and quick Accomplishment.

BattleUnder B

 

/join battleunderb
Oh.. Hi Yara!.. You didn't change at all
For all four "Key"-Quests you will have to kill Monsters in this Room. Kill&Complete so to say.

 

/join battleunderb
For this Quest please shut down your Bot (Le Bot/Carbon/whatever you use) and login into the game with your Browser. Yes. This simple. This quest just will NOT work fine within the Bot. I do not know why-must be some Flash-Player Issue. Noone cares -.-"..
So accept the Quest and go to the farthest Screen to the Right. Start the Mini-Game by Clicking on the Portal and Follow the Lines. It will take you some tries to finish it, but it is easy and may be some fun, too (Not if you tried it for 2,5 (YES! Two and a half!! >_<) Hours like me before switching to browser and solving it in like 15 seconds..)

Well, now you have everything you need in order to start farming. This is where the Patience comes in. On the one hand it will take you some time. When we think that gathering Bariums could take you in the worst case 24 days, then it will take you this time to get NSoD. On the other hand IT IS NOT DIFFICULT to start the Bot and come back again in some hours just to see that you've done so much work already

Part Three: Botting or Why.. Life is so easy

In order to start botting, it doesn't take much knowledge to load a file and click "enable". It needs System and System is what i am going to give you in this Part!
Here i will talk about each Quest and Items one after another!

Step One
Let's take a look at Mr.Bad-Boi-in-da-Hood (haha, look at his helmet) Braeus-The-Legendary-Quest-Giver (NSoD is a legendary item after all!).
What does he want? Items! How many? Bot-Many.

Farming-Quests

 

/join shadowfall
This is The Bot Quest ever. This Quest gives us Void Auras. One of the most important Quest-Items for NSoD out there. Quest. Did i point out, it was a Quest? Well.. xD Just use RVA Bot in order to continue!

 

/join shadowfall
This is the same as the last Quest, but with the difference that you do not have so much trouble killing hardcore Bosses and it also takes less time. For this Quest, please use GUE Bot.

 

/join shadowfall
This is the easiest farming Quest of the three. In order to use this Quest, you will have to complete Vayle's Quests and get this item. This item is Member with Legend-Access only. When you are lucky and you have already got this, please use CSE Bot.

Turn-In or Main-Quests

 

/join shadowfall
After you gathered 60 Void Auras and 1 Barium you can go and start this quest.
Why 60? Pretty simple. This quest needs 10 Void Auras as it is and 50 Void Auras for the Barium Of Doom-Merge (50 Void Auras + 1 Barium). When you have 1 Barium of Doom, just
/join chaoscrypt then go to the farthest right and click on the Chaorrupted Armor on the ground. Kill it and get your BladeEssence. After this turn in and move on to the next Quest!

 

/join shadowfall
For this Quest you will need 2510 Void Auras. Please do not be afraid! It CAN be done! Every single Step is in a Spoiler below – it's easy to follow this way!

 

Do you remember the Yara Quests you have finished and the naughty Puzzle that gained you the access to BattleUnder C? Well, now you are going to farm the Battleunder C in order to get 800 Cavern Celestite. For this use Cavern Celestite Bot.

 

In all the other Quests you also gathered Undead Energy and Bone Dust. For this Quest you will need 2500 of Bone Dust and 5000 of Undead Energy! When you do not have enough, just use the BoneEnergy Bot.

 

This guy. This Colossal Primarch is a tough one. Maybe you will need a party for this... Maybe not. Just /join bosschallenge and choose Primarch 60+. He drops the Primarch's Hilt then.

 

Welcome, hero. Finally! Now you can tell and call yourself the REAL HERO! You've finished the 78% of the farming and gathering. Now let's merge for big for the first time!
First we will merge Bones from the Void Realm. We merge 2500 Bone Dust and 2500 Void Auras for 50 Bones from the Void Realm. Then we turn in the Quest and move on!

 

/join shadowfall
In order to finish this Quest the both two Quests – Finding Blade and Hilt must be done! When you are not finished yet, please do so. Also we will need 110 Void Auras.

 

First we /join epicvordred. It is easy to kill him as there are always many people grinding him. Here i would advice you to farm him four times in order to get 4 Necromancer Scrolls of Dark Arts. This ways you will not have to come back here later!

 

Let's kill Chaos Lord Iadoa (Again! When you finished the Story-Line of the 13 Chaoslords up to this Point.).
But don't just kill him for only one hourglass – kill him until you gather 31 Chaorrupted Hourglasses! Once again – you will not have to come here later this way!

 

First we merge Time Lord's Necronomicon (10 Chaorrupted Hourglass + 1 Necromancer Scroll of Dark Arts + 100 Void Auras) and after it we turn in the Quest.

Step Two
In order to get NSoD we will have to get Items for Merging.
The Merge-Shop is in /join shadowfall.

 

As always i will show you in two Steps how to get this item. Here we will need 650 Void Auras.

 

In Braeus Merge-Shop you can merge certain items and here we will first have to get Energized Aura. For this item you will need

Time Lord's Necronomicon – Just as above merge these: 10 Chaorrupted Hourglass + 1 Necromancer Scroll of Dark Arts + 100 Void Aura
Unenhanced Aura – Reward from the Quest we have done before
150 Void Auras

 

Again in the Braeus Merge-Shop you just merge the following:

Energized Aura – We've got it right now!
Time Lord's Necronomicon – You know the drill, mm?
300 Void Auras

 

Here we will need 400 Void Auras and two Steps until completion!

 

We will need:

Barium of Doom – Just as before merge 1 Barium and 50 Void Auras.
Unenhances Doom Blade – We have got it from the Quest before!
100 Void Auras

 

Merge the following:

Energized Blade – Just got it from merging.
200 Void Auras
Barium of Doom – Don't make me repeat it again, please xD

 

And for the last time! Here we will need 400 Void Auras.

 

Bones from the Void Realm – Just merge it!(TM)
Unenhanced Hilt – Quest Reward
200 Void Auras

 

Energized Hilt – Quest Reward
Bones from the Void Realm – Last time, really.
200 Void Auras

Step Three – The Final Step!

Finally. You have almost done it! Now you need 'only' 800 Void Auras more.

 

Get these and forge'em :

Necrotic Sword´s Blade
Necrotic Sword´s Hilt
Necrotic Sword´s Aura
800 Void Auras
Doom Heart – Just /join sepulchurebattle, kill him and get your drop.

That's it! YOU'VE DONE IT!

Call yourself a hero and go slay some human with your new Necrotic Sword of Doom
You do 51% more damage after all


Part Four: Credits, about Bots, about this Guide, NSoD-info, etc.
First and actually important to me: Credits are all by me. When you want to use anything from this guide, ask kindly – i do not bite All bots and all information i gathered and put together – all is handmade by me myself and i. This guide and all parts of it is exclusively for MPGH - i do NOT allow to post it or any parts of it anywhere else without my permission. Just ask nicely, mmkay? Just wanted to say it twice. Ask – we are all human beings and no machines after all!

Only RVA and CSE bots are non private rooms bots as they need more than one player to kill the boss without dying with the most common classes. With all the bots i used BlazeBinder as the class and class skills. Also i advise you to use an AOE (area of effect – attacking more than one monster at a time) class and it should have healing spells for the Big Three (RVA/GUE/CSE).
I had best results with the GUE Bot with the Necro-Class. You should have it anyways when you want to complete this quest. Also added GUE with my Necro-Skill-Set.

To make this guide i needed something about three weeks with testing, starting and tweaking all bots with small fixes - before posting it.

About NSoD – some statistics.
I also uploaded a pdf-file i extracted out of the excel-table i made and used to quicken the guide-making process. There you will find all quests with rewards/needed items once again. Also at the end the file there is a small summary of all basic/droppable items.

Well. AQW does not recognize all the items with bonuses you equip. Only the item you equipped as the last one. What does it mean for you: When you equip SDkA with 50% bonus you get this bonus and then equip NSoD. NSoD gives you 51% more bonus damage. This means all-in-all you will get 51% more bonus damage. But still it will look really cool on you with both items equipped

I will look into it! Which class do you use and did you UNclick "Skip Unavailable Targets" in the right bottom corner?



By Default it is "checked/clicked". When it is clicked and the next Command in the Command-Tab is "Attack Random Monster" and there are none monsters in the room - the bot will automatically jump to the next line in the Command-Tab. This is actually pretty good - this way you do not have to wait for the monster to spawn and jump directly into the fresh new location-cell with already spawned monsters!
