[Suggestion] Scammers checking tool / chrome extension

I just nearly been scammed by snoopyxhd (skype id). I think it is better if we have a simple software, chrome extension to check the IP / skype ID or other solutions in order to prevent these scammers.

Please consider my suggestions seriously, it might help mpgh forum go well.

So you want a skype resolver embedded into google chrome as an extension?

You could always just go on "Mostwantedhf.info" and like resolve/Iptoskype check anyone to see if they're a scammer. :P

Usually they use dynamic IP so it might change every time they want. Maybe it is better if we use skype ID.

Thank you, I already read this thread before. My idea is quite similar, a live update blacklist of Skype ID (or other contact method) and one program for people to quickly check customer trustworthy - no need to scan in scam report thread.

How could a chrome extension if the user's Skype was used in a scam before or not?
IPs are dynamic, so I'm not sure how exactly will it work.

We may have a blacklist of skype ID on server. Every time the buyer check, the extension will check with the blacklist if the ID is ok or not.

A blacklist may contain some extra information such as IPs, MPGH username, scam date, appear as, reported topic link,... so that the buyer can see a very detail information of the scammer. The database may take quite a long time to finished if the ID is manually added. Linked with "Mostwantedhf.info" as Smoke said, we can also get their IP automatically.

We can also improve the extension by enable it to check by IPs, Paypal account, recently scammers with the database on server. With "Scam Report" button, buyer can also report directly from the extensions to Administrators and Moderators so that they can check and add to blacklist.

I think it would be nice if we can make it available for iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

Yeah, Linking it with mostwantedhf.info would be good and adding the IP2skype feature aswell.

It is quite hard for newbie like me and others to find out with specific SkypeID or IPs. Since people may find it difficult or lazy to find, it will be better if customer can check in an easier and verified way.

There is a search button on MPGH. Just search the Skype ID from there.

It is still ok if we use old method. But I think it may be better if we can improve by this way
