Paypal Awaiting other partys' response

So, long story short I got scammed buying a LoL account. I put the money on hold and claimed I did not obtain the account. It has been stuck on "Awaiting other partys' response" If he/she never responds does that mean my money will forever be stuck on hold? Or is there a time frame?

Thanks, they sent me a leader saying if he/she does not provide sufficent evidence that they sent me the Account by tomorrow at 11:00 PM then I will have the funds returned.

In about 1-2 weeks(I believe in exactly 7 days) if he doesn't reply back you auto-win the chargeback.

after a claim has been opened, the seller has 10 days to respond, if they dont, you win. That simple.
