Used Extreme injector 361, manual map, all settings enabled more or less, extreme scrambling options, close on inject, stealth inject, erase pe, hide module, hide threads from debugger and "Start in secure mode" ugh......... so much for that. fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck
My only thought is, in campaign and zombie mode, there are always enemies "in walls" or "rooms" that aren't normally visible unless you catch them at certain angles that most often won't come out to fight. Possibly killing those "semi-hidden" enemies triggered it? Combat arms did this in zombie mode =/ placing "trigger" enemies off map.
