It's two refunds per address to avoid investigations. This means two completed orders to the same address. I did 6+ to the same drop that I use and they blacklisted it then, but to be safe I'm only allowing up to 2 per address

Not trying to criticise you or anything, just a bit of advice. Don't wait 6 days to respond to people, you will lose business. I was going to use your service but having seen iamJon's post go 5 days without a response decided to use someone else.
