So as the title says, i fucked up my paypal by logging in on it with a vpn and paypal flagged it. and limited it.

i managed to get my account closed, but is it safe to open up a new account with the same name, card etc?

I totally recommend him,he does a really good job, for a good price. and compared to the amount of effort he puts into sigs and thread designs. I personally think he should charge a soda or a piece of cake more.

Call them and politely explain that you used a VPN on a public network to feel more secure about loggin-in to your account. They might mention that their site uses HTTPS; tell them you didn't know HTTPS gives extra security. Act like a dumbass a little bit. Closing your account won't get you anywhere good. Call the support and resolve the issue from there.
