-Custom parsing (if enabled, you can color your name with -r- for red -g- for green -l- for black etc

To change hotkeys, open config.ini, replace the line, for example:
Noclip=lctrl

This will bind noclip to left control button. Buttons are lshift, rshift, lalt, f3, f4, np2, np3, np7, etc

How to use:
Unpack the folder, launch 'inject.exe' and go to game, or go to game and launch inject.exe whatever. Alternatively, use Xenos 2.2 injector with settings->advanced->manual map, but config file won't work with Xenos MM.

Not really, they have existed in other menus for a while, which should actually make all menus a little safer as video evidence will have to show that they are not using a name changer. I'd actually consider it a dangerous feature to use, if you go to the name and go on their profile it will show you their real name, which I imagine would be solid proof of modding.
