How do I copy DropDownList Data from a program?

Example:
U see that run.exe? I want all those list in a text document, how would I be able to do that?

I would just manually write it.
It took longer to write this post than it did to manually write all those.

For longer lists I can understand the need for this though, but I don't have an answer.
