How to get all the gun skins in PayDay 2

How do i install, i put everything in the folder, but when i go into main menu and press NUMPAD 1 nothing happens, help?kind of new to this

Unlocking skins doesn't seem to work
No melee and throwable weapons unlocks?
No bain missions?

btw, how do i remove the crosshair from the screen?

NO BAIN MISSIONS??? if u used the money cheat u can just buy a bain missio

Sadly, for me at least it won't launch. I tried using the old IPH and the new one. Oh well, I only wanted mods anyways.

Ugh, when i launch the game, it showed up:
Ahoy! First time launch, check out readme.txt and config.lua and keyconfig.lua
And there is a Exit button but i can't click it

installed everything correctly but when i launched pd2 is say Ahoy looks like this is the first time you've lunched with blah blah blah but i cannot click the Exit button to advance to the main menu so the text box is just stuck on my screen.

the game updated 2 days ago or so and broke the hack altogether, everyone has the problem. the PP site is even finniky as all get out, just have to wait for an update i guess.
