Question for staff

Hey again guys. I have a question for all of those staff members on mpgh.net out there. My question is how long did it take you guys to become staff? I know there are different lengths of time for all of you but if you dont mind I would like to know how long it was for you. Thanks guys for responding!

Its based more around who you are, how you act and how helpful you are.

Does that mean you have to be able to make hacks to become a minion or staff?

Not in the least... Minions/staff only keep the boards in order and make sure malicious files don't get spread. Coders have their own group.

im not saying I will be a minion/staff some day, but I will still try to work for it. first I need to be able to help people which I am working on right now.
