CSGO RANK 3 ACCOUNTS OR SILVER ACCOUNTS

I am searching for rank 3/silver 1-5 CS:GO accounts containing these requirement:
1# valid email which is not hacked or gained through illegal actions or sources from users whom is not owning the account.
2# Which doesn't have VAC/Overwatch ban.
3# You go first unless you have a valid reputation on MPGH/or other forums. When checked (both email and steam account I will transfer the money)
4# Any seen evidence of you trying to get your account back will result in a chargeback or you can simply ask me though you will need to give me the money back

If you have one account which is countaining these requirements, I would like to purchase 15 dollars for unranked CS:GO accounts and 17 for Silver accounts.
