Make sure your posture isn't complete shit and smoke a lot of weed.
As I posted a few weeks back, I fucked up my back doing a squat while I was lifting. The thread I posted was a few weeks after it happened, so now it's been just about a month and a half.
Here's the problem:
Instead of healing and getting better, it's been getting marginally worse. Not the intensity, but the location.
Overall the pain is a lot better, it doesn't hurt nearly as bad, I can bend fine and whatnot. The problem is, there's a sharp pain now in my rib and upper back instead of just being isolated to my mid-back. I can also mildly feel it taking in a deep breath and spreading out my back.
I'm unsure if I should go and get checked out by a doctor or just rest and take it real light for a while and go on some pain relievers.
Make sure your posture isn't complete shit and smoke a lot of weed.

You should get it checked and are you sure you do back training?
