try to change your CPU if not working the problem is your mother board....
So my Dell won't start for a couple of weeks now and keeps giving me a one beep sound, I looked up what it could mean and it could be possible that something is wrong with my motherboard. Three weeks ago I tried giving it another shot and tried to start my Dell and it worked ! I've kept my Dell on for weeks but because of my idiocy I forgot to charge him on time and he shut down. No it's given me the same beep and it won't start up again.
I know there are some here who have a lot of knowledge about pc's/laptops so if anyone knows what the problem is, would you be so kind telling me and if I can fix it or not without having to buy a new €300 motherboard.
For the people not knowing a lot about this problem I'm having, I wonder where I can buy a new laptop for gaming properly but not expensive.
Does the Dell loading logo appear at all before the beeping?

Have you tried full charging it then turning it on, or while connected to the charging cable?
Just open up back of ur laptop and remove the rams and ssd and clean the gold bars also clean the dust
and plug it in and try to turn on.
Could be a lose connection or the cpu
and how many beep sounds are you getting if its one how long

It might be problems with your hard drive if the laptop doesn't start up
without knowing those can't really tell you but do as i say remove those rams n clean it
also remove the battery and remove the keyboard and clean it and before u plug the keyboard, put the battery again and try to turn it on.
let me know what happen
1st step - Trying replacing with a different HDD, if not, try the motherboard out.
And if you're searching for a laptop go with any MSI.
