Quick mod help> files wont inject

recently i started to learn to mod so i can make my own stuff instead of spending countless hours searching mpgh(even though its fun), anyway my first mod went great i followed all of why06 and liquidforces steps and didnt have problem, on my second mod when i try to inject the files i get this message

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your appplication. if you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. if you click quit, the applicatioin will close immediately.
object reference not set to an instance of an object."

please someone help me out with this problem i dont know what the problem is so that i can fix it,
