EDIT: The account has been recovered 2 hours after i bought it, This seems very fishy seeing as the account had been INACTIVE since June 15 / 2015
i'm thinking this guy is taking back the account and reselling them i have no way to prove this but i'm fairly sure that his is what happened..hence also the reason he only accepts "friends and family" payments so you can't dispute it on paypal.

Edit : The issue has been settled and cleared, He has proven that he did not recover the account he has been very polite & proffesional about it even offering to refund wich he was not obliged to, I'm sincerely sorry for jumping to conclusion i was indeed VERY unlucky the person decided to recover his account after months of inactivity the very day i received the account, he is a nice guy and a trustworthy person i recommend buying from him +1
