One of my old LSD dealers used to get his shit from the dark web on blotter paper with pictures of Jesus on them. He said the website he got it off of was similar to ebay, but for drugs and wasn't silk road. He of course was a dealer and wouldn't of ever told me exactly where, but he was definitely tech savvy enough leaving me no reason to doubt him.
