Anyways, no, there is absolutely no way for an unban even if you messaged rockstar about your bans.
Only way is buying a new GTA V with an new Social club account.

Yes, because you'll find an decent social club account with no bad history in it.
That's almost as bad as buying an account for MMORPG games, owners (may) either
A) Recover it back after you buy it a few days later.
B) It may already be an banned account. Better off buying a new GTA V key with an fresh SC Account.

No all bans are server sided. Unless GTA5 a poorly coded piece of shit you won't have a client sided hack that gets your account unbanned. When it is banned it will be banned for the specified period.
