Chances you take using mods. I lost my character with 17 days playtime and pretty much everything. Either buy a new account or play a new game - Rockstar doesn't give a shit..

That sucks. I'll one up you though, I had a character with 30 days play time which began on the ps3 at launch. I was pissed at first after the ban but now I don't mind. I feel like I had more fun during the times I used menus than I ever would have without them. I'm not planning to buy a new copy and already removed the game from my computer. meh
