I have used mod menus on and off for a long time. I have spawned all the cash I needed, and level hacking my second character to 100+. Never once have I recieved a ban. Maybe it's luck, or maybe something to do with the fact that I never fuck with other players.

I think it is due to luck. I never messed with anyone. I stayed under the radar and was never obvious. Mainly stuck to invite only sessions and would do the survival missions by myself. I still see assholes blowing up the lobby and spawning shit left and right, so I think it comes down to luck. But hopefully their bans will come.
