HOW TO GET INTO PATCHED SPOTS/GlITCHES THEORY

Hello mpghieans (well most of u lol), i have a new theory and it goes like this,

remember those glitches we all loved, like the fireteam glitch, or that coldseed glitch, and not to forget get waverider glitch where u could get out of the map and the 1 where u cud shoot through boxxes?

well i think i have a theory to make those glitches work AGAIN!,

my theory will need a few things
-An older version of combat arms
-rezinject
-rezxtract

1. 1ce u hav downloaded the tools above, install combat arms
2. 1ce done, go to the game folder and rezxtract the worlds.rez
3. copy 1 of the old maps files which shud end in .DAT and put it on ur desktop
4. inject it into the world.rez for ur current combat arms folder
5. start the game and hopefuly this will work

(note back up worlds.rez and when installing older version of ca make shure u install to a different folder...)

y i dont want to test this
-im to lazy to go and look for an older version of combat arms
-im to lazy to do this
-im not gonna do this cuz mi bandwith is almost out and i need it for COMBAT ARMS!

Sounds interesting.. good idea. Unfortunately i dont think anyone has an old vers of the maps. Dont know where they would be archived either..

2. install
3. dont patch!
4. save all the rez files in another folder

a little of this a little of that and viola!

wait what happens if it doesnt have the rigth map file... say like idk the cabin fever map would you just sit in teh air shootin the zombies

were are saying extract the old world.rez files (i.e. waverider, junk flea)

and take the Waverider.dat, and inject it into the new rez.

Giving you old waverider and leaving cabin fever and roadkill etc still intact.

hmm i get what your saying, but we need to go back to really old school, like jan 08 or something, when EVERY glitch was still there

and, it MAY want to patch if u do this, it may not, hard to say untill someone trys, worth a go by all means

EDIT: i do have a setup for ca, date of it is 7th of november 08, i could try that

ill try this later. i dont have the time to reinstall CA right now.

Edit: nvm ill let yall now what happens. if it works ill upload the world.rez to mpgh to save yall the time.
