First of all you register this shouldn´t be so hard.
There is a Point called Ultimate Points click on it,then you scroll down a bit and click on earn free Ultimate points.Then you just complete the s.u.r.v.e.y.s.

Little detailed if u live in 3rd world state like me in Croatia:

1. Download Mozilla Firefox if u don't have one

2. Download Add On "FoxyProxy" for Mozilla

3. When You install Add On go to Tools -> FoxyProxy standard -> Options

4. Click "Add new proxy"

5. Go to site: Proxy list - Elite (very fast)

6. Find countries like United States, United Kingdom

7. Copy/Paste ip like: 66.232.120.222:3128 in FoxyProxy, On add new proxy Go to: Tab "Proxy Details" and check Manual Proxy Configuration and just paste in first textbox full ip, it will automatic detect port

8. Click Ok, go Again in Tools -> Foxy Proxy Standard -> Select Ip that u pasted before like: 66.232.120.222:3128 and click on it

9. Go to Google and see if will fast open, if not search other proxy
