.dat NoReoil/NoSpread

Since there are no current hacks at the moment with NoRecoil/NoSpread I just throw together a quick .dat modification. I know there are tons of these, but people still don't seem to know how to do it, so here one is. This will run fine with other hacks such as 0HACKS by 0TeamZ.

Yes this has been released so much however it always gets aproved however when i release a tutorial on how to do it with modded weapons it gets deleted. WTF mgph

This cheat is working. But, I did notice one thing. It works on most weapons (I didn't test every single weapon) but, the ones I did use which was most of them worked. The only gun that I found this doesn't work for is the Eagle Fire. Other than that the cheat is great!
