how do i add GIFs in my profile?? the one when you reply or post there's a GIF at every bottom of your reply

Go to profile > Settings > Edit Signature > Upload the GIF image to imgur and copy the direct link then come back to MPGH click on the image icon and paste the direct url in the URL bar.
