that help one go to sleep? I'm 15 and sleep around 5 hours. Shrink says it's fine but rents are crackig a shit. Serious answers please. Due to beige ony itouch it's hard to reply, laptop got a virus, fixing as I type. Btw it's 1:34 am and I've been goin to sleep at around 3 or 4.

for me its 3:57 pm and im 23 and sleeping over 10 hours per day ^^

Yea, i sleep maybe 3-4 hours a day
i sit on my ass 24/7 tho
when i used to go running and shit i could fall asleep a lot easier and woke up feeling good

I play sport 5 days a week =/. Well, not during these holidays, but I have been up late for no reason, still not sleeping, fully energetic.
