Is this a rumour or is it actually happening?

Dear Black Troopers,
First and foremost, we would like to apologize to all the players that facing the connection issue since yesterday morning until now. As a promise to all the players , we would compensate the rewards for this interruption once the service has back on track.
After our investigation , we have found out this abnormal internet interruption is an intentional attack ,known as DDOS towards our Blackshot Game Service . We believe that these attack is purposely set up by a group of hacker from Singapore.
However, our Blackshot security teams have enhanced the defense by the most advanced anti hack system to ensure smooth gaming service.Although We have been successfully block huge DDOS attack, this relentless group hacker still persist their shameful action.Hence player may feel interruption during gaming time.
We would like to announce that the current attacks has been resolved & recover within 30 minutes.Because we have added a special device for protecting overseas user and collecting the hacker data. But there will be a temporary interruption for overseas internet line or unable connect to the game for 30 minutes because we are blocking these DDOS attack effectively. If there was some others problems exist, you would report to us through our customer service.
Note :Playone asia's account is safe and this attack is only affect on network loads.
We know who planned this attack but do not want to do dirty fight.
Let's keep fair competition because users are not the object to play with.

Dear Black Troopers,
Firstly, we would like to apologize to all the user for facing the connection issue for this few days.
We would like to clarify that the DDOS group attack has increased their attack level towards Blackshot.So user will experience latency issue & disconnect during our account protection period.But our technician will try to resolve this situation as soon as possible.
About this DDOS attack , it will only load our server traffic. But we are not sure about the intention of this group of hackers , they might be incited by certain company to do this attack.
Therefore, Playone Asia will protect our user data by adding more machines to devade their attack which cost alot but that's our duty to ensure smooth gaming environment for all the user.
Lastly, we would like to apologize once again to all the black troopers for supporting us.
