As we informed in the previous email, unlinking Steam account which is linked with your game will result in you loosing the ownership of the game and you wont be able to play the game even if you re-link with another Social Club account. Not only that, but you won't be able to re-link a different social club account. Just re-read their statement, if you unlink it, you won't be able to use that steam account for GTA:O.
