It's a very good replay bot, does what it says well

I'm looking at the video and the hit error bar shows that the replay bot is hitting quite a few ms to the right
I know I'm asking a bit much but is there a way to manually change the key timing?

I tried it once and same thing happened and sometimes leads to fails

My cursor flies to the upper left corner and pressing keys. It worked for a couple plays but I don't know why it stopped, it also missed a couple notes if it was working. (Win8, fullscreen without letterboxing)
