Dont think so, people have much better prices and 15 mil races.

1) Get Cheat Engine
2) Download a Cheat Engine Table
3) Search Google and Youtube for how to use Cheat Engine to access GTA: O values
4) Load the table
5) Search for the Impromptu Races values and change them to the ones specified
6) Find some random or a friend and profit

SOLO:
1) repeat Steps 1-4
2) Change "RACE_END_MULTIPLIER" and do a solo race and profit



Kind of silly and unnecessary to provide a service where you get paid when the answers are already out there. You players just need to SEARCH for the answers.
