Well, here is what I find, personally:
I'm a boxer, I do alot of running.
If I haven't vaped, my running is fine. If I vape, however, I'd have to take 2 days to rebuild.
Does that mean vaping affects your body? Absolutely. Don't care what tests say, I listen to my body.
Imagine doing it for weeks or months or even years without practice, yikes.
Smoking is bad in general, whether it be cigars, cigarettes or vapors.
