How to Infinite Ammo + Rapid Fire + Low Recoil (Beginner's Guide)

I'm making this so that a lot of people will stop asking questions, where the OP states that he will not help you if you don't know what you're doing. This guide wont be super polished, but I will try to explain everything in a way to where if you don't know what you are doing, you should be able to follow.

This is all accomplished using Cheat Engine 6.4



Step 1. Have The Division opened and be in-game, go to a safe place where you can still use your weapons. I would go to the firing range or just outside your base of operations.

Step 2. Open up Cheat Engine (preferably as administrator)

 

Step 3. Click Edit at the top, and go into your settings. Then go into 'Debugger Options', and make sure you have "Use VEH Debugger" checked.

 

Step 4. After that, select a process to open (the computer symbol), find and click "thedivision.exe", then open it.

 

Step 5. Lets start with infinite ammunition. The gun I want to have unlimited bullets for has 30 rounds in it currently, so I put 30 into the "Value:" bar. Make sure the "Value Type" is left at "4 Bytes". Click the "First Scan" button once you have typed in your bullet count.

 

Step 6. You should have a big list of addresses. What you are going to do is go in-game, and shoot your gun. It doesn't matter how many bullets you fire, just shoot at least once and do not reload your weapon. My gun now has 28 rounds in it since I shot twice.

 

Step 7. Go back to cheat engine, and replace the amount you searched with your new amount. I'm replacing the 30 with 28. After typing in your new bullet count, click on the "Next Scan" button.

 

Step 8. You should have a lot less addresses now. Repeat Step 7. until you have around 10 or less addresses. Once you are at this low amount, select them all and click the red arrow at the bottom of the list. (or double click each one of them) They should now be in the white space at the bottom of Cheat Engine.

 

Step 9. Only one of these addresses is what you want. Double click the value for the top address and change it to 99. If all of the other addresses change to 99, then you found the right one. If not, delete the top address and do the same process. You should change one with it changing the rest of them to 99. Once this happens, delete all the address under it. Keeping that one.

 

Step 10. Check the box under "Active", this will lock your new value in place. You should now have infinite ammunition. Go in-game to see if it worked. If it didn't, you didn't follow a step correctly. Try again, reading everything carefully. If you have any more trouble, just comment.

 

Now that you have infinite ammunition, how about rapid fire?

Step 11. Click the "Memory View" button below the address list. You should have this new window with tons of confusing gibberish on it, please don't be alarmed. I will guide you through this.

 

Step 12. Right click an address in the address list, and click "Go to address". Replace the text in the text box with this "TheDivision.exe+431A1E" and click OK.

 

Step 13. You could have either landed on the correct address, or not. Some people wont, if you didn't, you'll have to find it yourself. You want to look for this line of text. "movss [rdi+04],xmm6"

 

Step 14. Right click the address, and click "Find out what address this instruction accesses" It will ask you to attach the debugger, click yes. A new window named "Changed Addresses" will pop up.

 

Step 15. Now go in-game and switch weapons, then switch back. After that, go back to the "Changed Addresses" window, and click stop. Then change the "4 Bytes" to "Float". It should have some addresses in it. In that list is your RPM, and a couple other important addresses you will want.

 

Step 16. Go back in-game and see what the RPM for your weapon is, if you have an attachment that improves the RPM of your weapon, take it off. It will make it easier to find. My weapon RPM is 625 with no attachments. So go in that "Changed Addresses" window, and under "Value", look for your RPM.

 

Step 17. Once you find it, double-click it, then double-click the one below it, and double-click the one that is one/two above it. You might just want to do both addresses that are above your RPM, it is one of those but not both. Go to the Cheat Engine window, and you should have the three new addresses in the white space. I moved mine so that they match up from top to bottom.

 

Step 18a. Change the address that was one/two above your RPM to zero.
Step 18b. Change your RPM to nine 9's. "999999999"
Step 18c. Change the address that was one below your RPM to the same. "999999999"
The nine 9's should automatically change to 1000000000, that is what you want. Lock all of these addresses like you did with the ammunition address and you will be good to go.

 

 

If you change servers, you have to do this all over. It's not too hard to remember though, best of luck.

Hmmm really, what kind of protection does division use?

No Reload Basic Tut:
Open your inventory
Go to Modifications of one rifle.
In CE, click in "Find out what address this instruction accesses" (In the same address of your tut)
Equip one megazine with Reload Speed Status
Click in Stop and try find, normaly appears 3 or 7 address
One basic example: The value of my MP5 ST without Reload Speed is 2100 (in float) set to 0 and reload your weapon.

To me don't give but, don't freeze the values, i think when you change the weapon. set hotkey if you change the weapon press the hotkey to change the value again. if you enter in group you need find again the address.

They stay at for example 24 if that's what I've had after shooting a few times. Have they done something to prevent doing this.

I have w10 x 64 b Pro. Ch engine 6.4 run as admin. Done exactly as in tutorial. Or then I'm almost blind... Anyway, what's wrong?

Yes I am actually, remember GTA V? That game was ripped apart fast. You would go into one game and find nobody cheating except for yourself and now everyone has god, teleport, invisibility, etc. You really think this game isn't going to be the same? Sure maybe you won't be able to have infinite health and whatever but infinite ammo and high RPM is pretty much all you need to ruin a game.
