2 questions about bans

I used an aimbot in combat training to level myself up to max, VAC off of course, haven't been banned yet, will I if I also host a private match with nobody else but bots? The console command for instant level 50 was patched a while ago.

Can I use console commands in a private match (god, notarget) also with VAC off and still get banned? I just want to try out weapons without being shot at.

A year ago I bought the game and all the DLC on sale, but got banned for using the level 50 console command. The stuff went on sale again recently, so hoping the aimbot won't get me banned since no human players + vac disabled = no reports.
