This song is dissing his manager Damien Ritter who is a greedy lying douche who doesn't give the artists (Hop, Dizzy, etc.) any info on their pay and tries to take the most money and shit as if he deserved it, he told Hopsin that he doesn't work hard enough (I actually laughed out loud when I head that part when Hopsin said it in his interview) and well he basically quit Funk Volume and he was really mad about it because it was his label to begin with that he started when he was 19 in his own basement where his first studio was and since it would have been way too much work to release songs and shit and also manage everything (tours, interviews, etc.), he hired the douche Damien Ritter to basically manage the label and stuff and Damien took over as if he invented FV and shit and Hopsin said to Dame: "Either you quit Funk Volume, or I do." and Dame just laughed and said "No way, I'm staying." so Hopsin obviously was forced to quit unless he wanted to keep putting up with his bullshit and yeah that should sum it up.
