    Question Gmod Bhop Server Cheats

    I have been on a bhop server and I would like to get wr on maps. Is there a way to cheat a world record on gmod bhop servers or do I have to get one legit? I've heard of timescaleing and such to cheat, along with strafe hacks, but I have no idea how to do that.
