The title's pretty much self explanatory.
I can make any number of Virtual Credit Cards with any amount of money that you'd like on them. Each card costs $10 + whatever amount of money you'd like me to put on it.
You can use that to verify your paypal, or make online purchases.
Perfect if you're under 18 or if your paypal got limited because of the lack of a card.

I've sold a few of them before and they verified just fine as long as PayPal didn't need scanned evidence of the physical card

As I said, for most countries like United States, etc. they SOL.
