This does work and ya is there a way to get unlimted explosive bullets if so that would be great!

Mans! How many time need shoot in boss with Infinite ammo +PRM +explosive ammo in kill him? How many time need shoot to destroy one armor block?

I wasn't doing any damage and did a little bit of playing around. I needed to have 'one is none' equipped before i even launched the game. putting it on after the game is started wasn't working for me.

To make this work. You need to use the number from Inventory section. Also don't forget to equip talent One is None before doing it.

I can confirm it related to one for none.
I unequip it and my bullet is not generating damage.
After unequiping it, you need re-run the division to get it working again=.=

edited the magazine size from the inventory and it just reverts back to the normal size after shooting for like 10 seconds
