Hello! after the recent update (12 april 2016) AVA still wont ava connect to the server...
Error message :" failed to connect to server" after the error message it closes after 20 sec.
I tried F5,ESC deleting the log files in XINGCODE ,deleting the logs in C:\Windows\Prefetch turned of my antivirus and the firewall
NOTHING WORKS ,also I reinstalled AVA 10 times.I am a windows 8.1 user if it helps...

I haven't contacted the Aeria Games support team,and my computer specifications are :
AMD A6-4455M @2.1 Ghz
AMD Radeon HD @ 2 Gb
4 GB RAM
But now...another problem I can't install AVA anymore .The US downloader wont download all files so that I can run the installer ...
I see. Well, I was facing that issue a while ago and managed it to fix it somehow. Can't recall right now to be honest. Anyway, try contacting Aeria Games. They might be able to help you out further.
