Exclamation Got a cis email after first amazon refund?

Should I be worried? It was a doubledip and it took kinda a while. I'm not sure but I think the refunder might have used the "my package never came" excuse for both the dip and the refund. Is there a way I can fix this or is there even anything to worry about?

You could've gotten a warning or they're reviewing your account, better hope no ban/ account closure
This is for when you're account gets closed:
Sorry... Once CIS'd, CIS'd, try replying that you need to print an invoice for an order and they might open your account for 24 hours, that's your time to finish your refund. Then if it's AGC, order a card to your address, make new acc, make legit purchases, later(a good amount of time) try Refunding
You must suck at refunding to get CIS on first...

It wasn't me, it was actually a well known member on this forum, but I'd rather not namedrop since they have all my info. The refund was a while ago, but I actually got the email halfway through the refund and I told the refunder to go ahead and stop what he's doing I'll just pay for what they already did.

    Hello,

A review of your account found that you are having trouble getting your packages. You have reported lost packages multiple times on your account.

When we see unusual account activity like this, we review each account on a case-by-case basis to determine if additional action or closing of the account is necessary. If this problem continues, we may not allow you to buy on our site.

We understand that lost shipments are inconvenient, and we want to make sure that our customers receive the products they purchase from Amazon.com. Please write to us at cis@amazon.com if you have any questions.

    Sincerely,

    Account Specialist

I suggest you don't do any refunds/double-dips and do some legitimate purchases.

As if you attempt to do another refund they will more than likely close your Amazon account.

Did the refunder just fuck up? Cause this account has been actively used by me since 2012. I had no other refunds or anything on it. And I've had god knows how much money spent on amazon.

EDIT: Also, do you mean, don't attempt right now? or ever?

Well if you continue to refund they'll close/ban your Amazon account with a possibility of even blacklisting your address permanently. So for now i suggest you do some legitimate purchases for the next couple months. I'm not sure if the refunder messed up or not. The account you refunded on did it have previous legitimate purchases or did you open a brand new account and refund?

This was my main amazon account that I've made TONS of purchases on since 2012. I've made many orders since the refund too. It's been a little over a month since the refund. I've had orders from $5 to $300+. The refunder wasn't even through refunding before I got the email. I told him to not even worry about the 3rd item.

It's because you've had multiple refunds on the account, doesn't matter that you've had legit orders. Just the fact that you've had multiple refunds has lead amazon to review your account, and then send the CIS notice.

I got a CIS e-mail after one refund on my main account. Bought some items legitimately and then did a refund for even more and got a CIS again. Not doing any more refunds on that account since I want it to remained opened. Get someone who knows what their doing and tell them about your account history. Such as wyo or Paradise
