found a way to refill the BoO special ammo box; join somebodies match in matchmaking, free roam, mission, and if their box isnt lit up you just leave party and yours should be full again. If their one is lit up, i guess you dont have to go through an extra loading screen

This worked for me.

My mouse (Logitech G502) can be set up so that the scroll wheel spins freely. I bound the "FIRE" to "scroll down" and just let it spin -- it fired bullets fast enough to easily blow up the APC.

usually you will have to join/leave 2 groups to fill up ammo, but sometimes you get lucky and their game state has a box that can be looted by you, so you can get lucky and skip 2 loading screens

but now you can damage the boss only whit TNT...no skill and no explosive bullet...(on PC)
