i dont think the first suggestion is necessary considering the fact that it is re-sizable to what ever you want lol, some people might like it as that some might not, pretty understandable, but they can adjust the client to their own liking

for the 2nd one I might look into dat ting

they open html files containing information, they might be smaller, but the position will not be changed
