Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Update - 4/27/16

- Added the Chroma 3 Case.
- In-game blog is now displayed using the language of game UI when possible.
- Fixed rounding errors in timing for molotovs/incendiary grenades. They now deal exactly 40 DPS regardless of server tickrate.
- Fixed community server crash relating to graphs and games that go into overtime.
- Equip armor sounds are now slightly different for T and CT
- Added official game servers in Chile.

The Chroma 3 case skins look nice. Good to see the Asiimov paint kit used on the p250.

The Covert skins though... the detailing is so nice. Would like to get one in FN or MW but even BS would probably look good if it is just scratches

The skins could be much better. But meh, valve doesn't really care at this point in what they select. :P

Most of the skins in the new case look terrible in my opinion, The M4A1-S looks like someone has just threw ketchup and mustard at the gun lol.
