NordVPN is the one I choose, definitely my favourite one.

It doesn't matter what VPN you use. Every single thing you do online is logged. You can't hide from the l33t government.

It matters what refunder you use but; most of them say go on a VPN during the refund, yes.

no it wont you can tunnel through multiple 'no log' VPNs and use 3 layers of encryption and not even the NSA will be able to break it
