Lobby is the first screen you get, when you click "play", right after you open the game. You can still alt-tab from there, ingame it prevents some people from alttabbing, plus its safer if you do it not ingame. No, if you press alt+tab and inject the .DLL, you dont have to do a thing anymore! Just join a game and PWN!
