How can i get rid of sprint blur

Sprint blur is when you sprint in op7 aka run you image blurs at the edges and increases to the center pretty quickly...in otherwords its hard to see...now how to get rid of it well hacking is the only way i do not know any good hacks for that...i only use chams and crosshairs because i snipe often
