How do I put an OS on a new PC? Any help would be appreciated.

Just finished gathering up all the parts for my first PC build. The one question I came across is how do I put an OS on my new PC the safest, cheapest and easiest way.

Option #1
-Bootable USB drive and get a Windows key?

or Is there another option.

Btw, I would like Windows 8.1 Pro.

USB or CD / Blu-Ray.

Mail PC to me, then I'll put it on there free of charge and mail it back

Just take a cd and put linux on it or something and just install it and make a new partition.

I only ever used a CD, but I think USB would be easier but I might be wrong.

Just put a copy of Windows on your cd and chuck it in your PC.

If you use USB, there are heaps of guides on yt, piratebay and other websites that tell you how to do it.

Do not get pirated windows, unless you already have the 8.1 pro, I'd suggest you download a copy of windows 10 from microsoft, load it on a 4GB flash drive.
