Yea that's not possible mate. The closest thing you can do to refunding to BTC is buying gift card, then refund back to gift card balance, and then sell the account or use purseio to get most of it back.

I am not sure how Bitcoin debit cards work, give it a Google, physical ones may work with Amazon.

Like @Panda2013 told already, there are physical Bitcoin cards which don't cost much at all but will be sent through mail and could take up to 2 weeks to arrive, not even mentioning your location... If I remember right, coinbase even offers these cards.
