Since the last update amazon have a dept that take care for this. Basically they give information to the manager and he personally i'll call you to ask for more information or tell you how it is going the investigation. The reps on chat at least on UK can't do refunds over 500 GPB, If it's over that they sent to the investigation and manager. 3 days later they send you aa email saying sorry you didn't receive the items but we need police report. On Amzon.com still very easy to do refunds but the game is changing. Good luck out there. I have a guy that is willing to help me get this fixed but he charges alot he's also a refunder for a private forum and he charges 40% for every refunds

What a pity that I have a £570 order fucked up with this police report shit. How do you guys think, is there a chance to get at least a partial refund, something under £500 as reps on the chat allowed to do? Wyo, I know you ain't taking these orders, but maybe you could help me out? ;( I even have a plan of a conversation in my head, but I think I'll fuck it up cuz of lack of experience. D:
Susand lol.. He asking me upfront too.. I ignored him !!
I can't believe you got scammed from someone who asked upfront payment, are you right in the head?
